This is a male Box Turtle. His coloring is amazing. These guys lose their coloring in indoor habitats, and it takes years for it to come back in an outdoor habitat.
At CuetaraCare we currently have 6 box turtles. They live outdoors in the warmer months and have an indoor habitat for hibernation in the cold months.
